With over a decade in broadcast TV for Sky News, BBC, ITV, and Channel 4, Victoria drives high-impact, award-winning campaigns that genuinely change behaviour.

Charlie is a communications leader with over 20 years’ experience in aviation and travel. Known for effective client management and wide media networks, he devises high-impact programmes that drive results and support strategic goals.

AMEC trained Faye is our Head of Planning and Operations. Known for her strategic vision and meticulous execution, she ensures that impactful results are achieved for all our clients.

Our Head of New Business, Thyme, leads our business development processes and brings an infectious positivity to all her work. She possesses a deep understanding of aviation and the business travel landscape.

Based in Manchester, Simon leads Pembroke and Rye North. He has a wealth of regional and policy knowledge from 22 years as a Manchester City Councillor, and as a senior media advisor to national politicians, including party leaders.

A former travel journalist and content strategist, Anshika leads digital communications. She enjoys managing digital media projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering impactful results.

A meticulous researcher, Bridget possesses an in-depth knowledge of risk management, crisis communications and thought leadership. Her notable work includes developing a crisis playbook for a global corporation.

Sophie, our in-house designer, is a strong, detail-oriented creative. Her multimedia designs feature in white papers, advertorials, and high-impact campaigns.

A sports aficionado, Liam is an expert at media relations. He is a strong writer with a penchant for shaping and landing the best stories for clients.

Arwa is responsible for managing an array of our AI projects. She also provides expert advice on event management and awards outreach.

Thomas, fluent in Croatian, uses his strong interpersonal skills to strengthen journalist and client relationships. His interest lies in elevating and amplifying client profiles.

Jasmine brings her optimistic attitude and strong team-building skills to every challenge. Her experience extends to client services, social media management and overseeing media trips.

Our designer Freya studied graphic and communication design at the University of Leeds. She has a particular interest in brand building, supporting the visual development of the Pembroke and Rye brand as well as those of our clients.

Kateryna's strengths lie in strategic research, identifying industry trends and creating insight-led content that supports brand reputation and thought leadership.
