Simon Wheale

Simon is an experienced consultant with a strong knowledge of business, culture and media in the North of England, nationally and internationally. Simon is based in Manchester and runs Pembroke and Rye North.

He has extensive experience of communications, promotion and stakeholder engagement in the housing, health and care sectors having worked as a Director of a Housing Association with a strong partnership with the NHS and other care agencies.  

Another facet of Simon's work has been putting on ground-breaking exhibitions and events at national museums including the National Mining Museum for England and Locomotion, the National Railway Museum at Shildon. Simon always looks to create connections that bring in new audiences, to grow and widen the reach of cultural destinations through effective communications.

At Pembroke and Rye, Simon has worked closely with national and international clients in the travel, tourism and aviation sectors and works closely with our design business, Thread and Bloom.
